My name is David Hadfield and I was born and lived at 1, Lymefield Terrace until my mid 20's when I set off to seek fame & fortune overseas.

I now have retired to Portugal after 40 yrs working in the Saudi Arabia, Dubai, West Africa, India and Egypt. I am finding time to time photographs, as unpacking still goes on, relating to life in Broadbottom and I will forward to you when available. I am proud to come form such a beautiful village and enjoy reviewing your site.

I attach a photo of the Todbrook Sunday football team and would be pleased to hear from any of the team members or in fact anyone who remembers me.
